Pain Level at this time is 5
Pain is not nice this morning, but the pills have been taken and now it's the waiting game...
I saw the Trick-Cyclist yesterday and we talked about yours truly, etc! I have a repeat with him on the 20 something of this month? Got it written done somewhere! He suggested I try some online testing to see if I have Aspergers. I did two.

and
http://www.rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php
The first has a limit of 32 for Aspies. I was at 37, 5 above the threshold. The second was marked out of 200. For an Aspie I got 136 and for being 'Nuerotypical' I scored 70. In all cases I am on the 'spectrum' but high functioning with a store of coping tactics that I have developed over the years. However each site has a rider saying that in adults it is difficult to diagnose due to the fact that it has been 'hidden or coped with' over a long period of years.
I will have to wait now for the second meeting and I can tell the doctor what the outcomes are and we cab see where we go from there. Denise did the second test and came out 28 for aspie and 176 for NT.
Slightly different. LOL :-)
An ex Lab Technician, Production Control Engineer, TA Soldier, Cook, Electronics Maintenance Engineer and Teacher. Now I'm an Arts student with the Open University. I never expected that.
The Future
I once read that you should take each day as comes. I never fully realised what that meant until I managed to get my head straight again after my Implant on 20/01/09. A massive reduction in Oral Painkillers! I now can take each day as it comes, as the brain is working again!
Some days are bad (physically) and some not so bad. But each day is an adventure and I intend to make the most of it, no matter how I'm feeling. Another saying may be applicable - Don't let the bastards get you down! I will not let my handicap get me down.
I now find myself looking forwards to each day, no matter how I'm feeling, as it's pointless looking back, so I'm taking each day as it comes. The Good and the bad.
Pain Scores are all measured out of 10. With 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain imaginable.
